How do I return or exchange an item?

What if I'm missing items from my order?

Depending on the items you ordered and the current stock at our locations, they may have been shipped from different warehouses.

We fully guarantee that your package will arrive. If you notice that you haven't received your order within the timeframe indicated on our Shipping page, please contact us at info@vivenzaesp.com and we'll resolve the issue.

Can I cancel my order after I've placed it?

Yes! We offer immediate cancellations within 12 to 24 hours of placing your order.

Your order will be cancelled and fully refunded as soon as we receive your request, provided it has not yet been shipped.

If you have indicated cash on delivery, we can cancel your order, and we appreciate you thinking of the people who work every day to get your products to you on time and canceling in advance.

Please note that there may be a delay of up to 48 hours in tracking information, so the supplies team may need to confirm that your order has not left our warehouse before processing the refund.

If your order has already been shipped and you still want a refund, you will need to start our standard returns process.
