Q: How do I clean my AquaBlock?
A: For surface cleaning, simply wipe the rug with a damp towel or cloth. For deep cleaning, use your favorite mild cleaning spray/detergent or soap, wipe with a cloth, then rinse thoroughly with warm water and hang to dry.

Q: How often should I wash it?
A: Our AquaBlock is designed to stay clean longer. Washing it once a month (if needed) should be more than enough.

Q: Is it machine washable?
A: No, we don't recommend it. Your AquaBlock could be damaged in the washing machine.

Q: Where does the water go? How does it absorb and dry so quickly?
A: The surface layer traps moisture and allows it to pass through to the absorbent sponge layer. Once accumulated in the sponge layer, the water evaporates thanks to its open-cell structure, which allows air to circulate through the material.

Our 4-layer design and quick-drying technology are what make AquaBlock absorb and dry water so quickly.

Q: What size AquaBlock should I choose?
A: The AquaBlock comes in two different sizes (see dimensions below).

• Small: 40 cm x 60 cm
• Regular: 50 cm x 80 cm

Both sizes work for everyone, but we recommend the regular size for main entrances, patios, kitchens and bathrooms, and the small size for small bathrooms and doors.

Q: How thick is it? Will it get stuck in the door?
A: With a thickness of less than 5 mm, your AquaBlock should fit under almost any door. As long as there is 5 mm of space under your door (1/2 cm, 1/5 inch), it won't get stuck or snagged.

Q: Is it vegan?
A: Yes! We do not use animals or animal-derived products in the manufacture of our products.

Q: How many AquaBlocks do I need?
A: One rug per bathroom is enough! If you want a stylish new rug for the front entrance, or if you have a patio or balcony, it might be helpful to have a couple more; it all depends on your home's design.
